Thank you for supporting my spiritual business and handcrafted creations. Each item is made and offered with intention, care, and energetic alignment.

Physical Products

Due to the nature of metaphysical and spiritual products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on items such as ritual kits, candles, herbal blends, frequency tools, or other handcrafted goods.

This is to ensure the energetic integrity of each product, as items are intentionally prepared and cannot be resold or reused once they leave my hands.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and I will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Digital Products

All digital products (including ebooks, guides, and printable materials) are non-refundable due to instant access upon purchase.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please reach out and I will make sure you receive proper access.

Spiritual Services

All tarot readings, spiritual response therapy sessions, and intuitive guidance services are non-refundable once delivered or once the session has begun.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Lost or Delayed Packages

I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. However, I will always support you in locating your package when possible.
